Wei Ma proposes a toast and Lis Liu translates for him. Wei Ma is the Director of the Kunming province of the Dacheng Law Firm. He is also on the Executive Board of Dacheng Law Firm, which is comprised of 16 attorneys. Dacheng Law Firm is the largest in China with over 4,000 attorneys.

Pierce McDowall, the President of South Dakota Trust Company, also met with Wei Ma when touring the University of Denver Business and Law Schools that was organized by Thomas Dowd. South Dakota Trust Company has $16 billion under management and $75 billion under agency. It has clocks on all four sides and was designed to resemble the Campanile at Piazza San Marco in Venice. In the steeple at the top, there is a 2 ½ ton bell.
