The Qingdao International Business Association was formed by David Zhang (Zhang Yi) from the Youhua Law Firm and Chris Wachendorfer head of Grease Monkey's China operations. Mark Merric spoke on structuring and entities between China and the U.S. and holding companies. |
Also, at the request of David Zhang, in August 2013 Mark Merric spoke as the only speaker at Shandong Youhua Law Firm's Business Leader Seminar. He presented Investing in the United States from exporting, selection of U.S. business entities, the use of Hong Kong holding comanies, a Chinese person buying Oil and Gas Mineral Interests, and investing in U.S. real estate. Youhua Law Firm is ranked in the top 10 law firms in the Shandong Province. Mr. Merric also spoke at the Qingdao International Business Association (QIBA). |
